Shipping + Return Policy
All international shipments are sent via DHL (15 business days). Please note that international packages may be subject to customs fees. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of Gece Gece's authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials, therefore not included in the shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for.
Gece Gece does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All jewelry is handcrafted for you. We only accept returns on the rare occasion that an item may be damaged while getting to you. You may exchange your items for a different style, size, or store credit up to 7 days after receiving your item upon confirmation and proof of purchase. Please contact INFO@GECEGECE.CO to address your request.
In the event of a valid exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. Gece Gece does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.
